That’s why we have strict policies in place to ensure that our delivery associates practice safe driving habits at all times. We expect our delivery associates to obey all traffic laws, including no speeding, stopping at all stop signs, and wearing their seat belts at all times while driving.
We also prohibit our drivers from using any electronic devices while the vehicle is in motion, as distracted driving is a leading cause of accidents on the road. In addition, we require our drivers to turn off the engine and take the keys with them whenever they exit the vehicle, even if it’s just for a few minutes. This is to prevent any potential accidents or thefts while the driver is away from the vehicle. We understand that our delivery associates are responsible for delivering a high volume of packages each day, but we believe that safety should never be compromised for the sake of efficiency. to ensure that our drivers are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate through traffic safely and responsibly.
